HOURS
The University Park Mail Center is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed weekends and State holidays.

DELIVERIES

Delivery and collection of U.S. Mail, Interoffice Mail and Courier Mail is made once daily to each department. In some cases, mail is delivered to one central point for several related departments. Mail will be delivered at approximately the same time each day. Heavy parcels may be delivered at a different time. Please have all mail ready and vouchered for the scheduled pick-up time. Do not ask our mail carrier to wait or come back for mail. With over 250 campus delivery points, we must have your full cooperation in order to meet outgoing mail processing deadlines. Phone the Mail Center in advance for large or heavy pick ups. Campus Mail serves F.I.U. administrators, faculty, staff and student organizations. It does not serve student residents in University Housing or students (non-staff workers) in individual departments.

SERVICES

In addition to the delivery and collection of mail, Campus Mail Services provides all the services that the U. S. Postal Service offers, for official University Mail (with a few exceptions). Details of these services are in this guide.
The University Park Mail Center sells books of  stamps for your personal use. Cash only. Personal packages that weigh more than one pound cannot be mailed from FIU. Campus Mail also provides consultation to all University departments concerning mail preparations, questions and/or problems regarding mail services.
