5.                   Provide a listing of projects completed for other universities in Florida within the past five (5) years.  Give a brief description of projects and provide the owner’s name, owner’s address, and the name of the owner’s representative.

 

6.                   Generally explain your efforts to provide reasonable opportunities for participation by minority‑owned businesses in similar previous projects.  Indicate forms and methods of written notices and other techniques utilized for soliciting interest from minority‑owned business.

 

7.                   Provide a work plan to address the requirements of Florida International University regarding the utilization of minority‑owned business as subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors on this Project.  (Note:  Specific minority‑owned business participation goals expressed as a percent of the total bid amount will be stipulated in the Bid Documents for this Project).
