The University has implemented a new Work Order Request process. The application can be accessed by clicking on the MyFacilities button below. The site is only accessible via the FIU wired or FIU Wireless (FIU_SECUREWiFi) networks. Remote Access is available via FIU VPN (Cisco AnyConnect).

MyFacilities is only accessible via the FIU wired and wireless networks on campus. Outside FIU we require the use of the FIU Cisco AnyConnect VPN. For instructions on how to install the VPN please visit the website: http://network.fiu.edu or call the help desk 305-348-2284.

All urgent and emergency requests should be placed by phone only.

Yes, you can place a work order through the MyFacilities portal.

For non emergency requests, you can use the online work order system to place a work order at any time. For emergency after hour requests callers will have the option to press 0 and be transfered to University Police.
